Producer achieves 500 eggs in an organic system

It is with great pleasure that we recognize the first Dekalb White to reach over 500 eggs within 100 weeks of age in an organic system.

The Lux family is an egg producing family based in Germany. Their Dekalb White flock was able to reach 501,1 eggs per hen housed at the age of 100 weeks. The birds were kept in a free range system, fed an organic diet, and were not beak treated.

We would like to congratulate the Lux family for their remarkable achievement. These results show the family’s dedication to excellent management as well as the strong performance of the Dekalb White!
